This one-off complimentary event exclusively for Gold Cardmembers brings together London's leading restaurant chefs for a summer evening to remember

Prepare your supper guided by award-winning Fallow's Executive Chefs Will Murray and Jack Croft and one of the UK’s foremost chefs Anna Haugh from Myrtle. Then join Will, Jack and Anna in a live-streamed Q&A hosted by MasterChef judge William Sitwell.

All you will need to do to create this delicious summer-inspired meal at home is shop for the easy-to-find ingredients and follow a pre-recorded video from Will and Jack showing you how to elevate your grilling experience and from Anna showing you how to prepare a delightful summer dessert.

BBQ INSPIRATION FROM WILL & JACK AT FALLOW

Inspired by their sustainable thinking and getting the most out of your BBQ recipes – Will & Jack will teach you how to elevate delicious produce to wild new heights. Championing seasonal British ingredients, their recipes are inspired by dishes you might see on the Fallow menu but adapted to be created and enjoyed at home. Watch as Jack & Will share their BBQ tips, choosing from a vegetarian or fish course. Or prepare both – it’s up to you!

A SUMMER DESSERT TO DELIGHT FROM ANNA AT MYRTLE

Chef patron Anna Haugh’s status as one of the UK’s foremost chefs will be further realised with her place as a judge on BBC One’s MasterChef: The Professionals later this year. Anna will teach you a classic dessert, often found on the Myrtle menu, using the finest summer produce and sharing her simple choux recipe as the perfect accompaniment to your dessert.

As you enjoy your creations, join food writer, restaurant critic and broadcaster, William Sitwell, as he chats to Will, Jack and Anna in a live-streamed Q&A about the London restaurant scene and puts your questions to them.
