Awarded a Michelin Green Star, the pioneering Silo is a restaurant designed from back to front – always with the bin in mind. With nothing thrown away, the production of waste has been eliminated by simply choosing to trade directly with farmers, using re-useable delivery vessels and choosing local ingredients that themselves generated no waste.

What started as a fried-chicken spot catering to partygoers at a nightclub in Dalston over a decade ago, transformed to feeding discerning aesthetes at its cult worthy Frieze Art Fair pop-up, is now one of Soho’s hottest outposts. Taking inspiration from American diners and Mexican cantina bars, Rita’s is far from a pastiche of Americana, rather a celebration of rich North American culinary history cooked up through the lens of two bright eyed restaurateurs.

Akwasi Brenya-Mensa of the much-anticipated debut London restaurant Tatale will host a truly one-of-a-kind evening.
The contemporary Pan-African concept telling stories through food, art and culture, takes its name from the plantain pancake, tatale – a quintessential Ghanaian dish. It is Brenya-Mensa’s belief that wherever you are in the world, plantain is synonymous with the Black Experience. This idea of universality and heritage has become the backbone of the restaurant concept, and ultimately the menu.
Featuring dishes and techniques originating from the Continent, the menu offers an opportunity to introduce people outside of these communities to the vast array of amazing dishes, ingredients and techniques, whilst incorporating Brenya-Mensa’s personal experience and Afro-futurism flair.
